I found this cute handout at blooming homestead and loved it so I put 4 on a page and had them printed and laminated and then I added ribbon to the top. So cute!

Those are so cute! i was looking for something original to do for our YW Birthdays for this year. Where did you find the bottles and is that vinyl? i would appreciate any info you could give me!

I made the vinyl and we found the water bottles at Seagull book. Sorry I just saw your question. Just had a baby and he was in nicu so I've neglected my blog for a little while.
