Fantabulous Friday Finds ~

So as I was thinking of what to share with you guys today I thought about fun ideas for Conference weekend. Hope you enjoy!

I love these packets for conference from sugardoodle. I printed these off for our YW class and my kids. I think it will help them keep focus and remember important things they heard.

I love this idea from simply fresh designs. I'm printing one for my house and a few more my kiddos scriptures!

Here's a fun idea from yw believe for your YW class or Activity day girls. You'd have to get it done today so they'd have it in time :)

Here's a great booklet from visiting teaching you can print for us adults for conference. You could run a copy to the sisters you visiting teach too!

the red headed hostess has a great trivia game for conference. I love all these creative people!

Thanks!

Journals or fun notebooks

If you're like me you love notebooks. I love them for thoughts, lists, journals, and misc. But who wants to use the plain composition books? No fun right, so just alter them yourself and make it your own!
All you need is a
composition book or notebook,
 mod podge,
 scrapbook paper
 scissors
 a pencil
 and embellishments.
I always use 2 coordinating papers. I use the first 12 x 12 paper to cover the back and wrap around the front. I trace the outline of the book on the paper so I know where to cut. Then I mod podge this piece on. Then I take my 2nd piece and measure how much I need and then cut it. I often tear the edge to give it a distressed look. I then mod podge this piece on. Then I add ribbon, buttons, diamonds or whatever I feel like. I also love to add lettering. I don't mod podge over the top of mine but you could.  I have taught this to the young women in our ward and done it for a Super Saturday. It ended up costing a dollar a book. Not bad for something so cute~
